Nermina Kuloglija from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Vlad Odobescu from Romania have received a special mention.
The 2021 edition of the Summer Seminar for Young Public Policy Professionals focused on “Exploring Post-Covid Recovery Scenarios for Central and South-Eastern Europe” was held in Varna, Bulgaria, on 6-10 September.
