On 29 September 2025, H.E. Anila Bitri Lani, Ambassador of the Republic of Albania to Italy, paid an official visit to the CEI – Executive Secretariat.
The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to discuss cooperation in the framework of the CEI, in particular with regard to European integration.

The Ministerial Conference “Preparing for the AI Era” was held in Belgrade on 22–23 May 2025, under this year's Serbian CEI Presidency.
On 20 May 2025, CEI Secretary General Hon. Franco Dal Mas, met in Skopje with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of the Republic of North Macedonia, Timcho Mucunski.
