As part of the MEDOCE project "Establishing Methodology for the Development of CE Application for Directive on Machinery", on 24 November, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia (CCIS) hosted a training for producers of machinery who have to meet the technical requirements regarding CE marking or the Serbian harmonisation marking for their products.
The final event of the MEDOCE Project "Establishing Methodology for the Development of CE Application for Directive on Machinery" was held in Belgrade on 25 October.

SME representatives from Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina gathered in Belgrade, Serbia, on 19 February 2016 to attend the conference “Small and medium-sized enterprises - regional networking and business improvement“.
The main objective of the Conference was to boost SME development in the CEI region through exchange of knowledge and good practices, networking and dialogue with public officials in support of a business-friendly environment.
Under the Macedonian CEI Presidency 2015, the Business Forum on “Promotion of Regional Cooperation for Improving Market Competitiveness of CEI Agricultural and Food Business” was held in Skopje on 26 November 2015. The ACROSSEE Project aims at establishing a large and coherent platform that will contribute to rationalising and optimising the existing transport network in South-East Europe (SEE). It is promoted by the CEI through its Secretariat as Lead Partner, in cooperation with 24 partner institutions from 13 countries and co-financed by the SEE transnational programme.

More than fifty participants from South-eastern Europe attended the gathering to debate the role of design in the Balkan region, as an advantage for innovation in many fields, from spatial planning to cultural communication and marketing of manufacturers’ outputs.
The multimedia exhibition of the ADRIA A Project was opened on 20 January, 2014 at the city hall of Trieste. A touch-screen installation - illustrating a proposal for a cross-border light rail transport service - gives visitors the chance to see the lines, stops and pathways meant to link ports, airports, train stations and cities from Ferrara in Italy to Ljubljana in Slovenia through a single metropolitan transport network.
