We are pleased to announce the launch of the Call for Proposals under the CEI Know‑how Exchange Programme (KEP).
The Programme supports capacity building, institutional strengthening and technical assistance initiatives, serving as a key instrument to promote regional cooperation and advance the EU integration process.
Through its grants, KEP facilitates the transfer of expertise and best practices from institutions and entities based in EU CEI Member States to partners in non‑EU CEI countries, helping them progress towards EU standards and policies.
Key features of the Call:
• Budget: 550,000 EUR
• Eligibility: applicants shall be public or private entities registered in a CEI Member State.
• Partnership requirement: each proposal must involve at least two partners, one know-how provider (registered in an EU CEI Member State) and
one know-how beneficiary (registered in a non-EU CEI Member State. The applicant may coincide with either institution.
• CEI grant ceiling: up to 40,000 EUR (maximum 50% of total project costs)
Deadline: Friday, 11 September 2026 - 12:00 noon (midday) CEST.
