Flagship: post-URC2025 forum in Lviv reinforces key role of decentralisation in Ukraine’s recovery

On 26-27 November 2025, representatives of Ukrainian institutions, European partners and local authorities gathered in Lviv for the Post-Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025 Forum, Capitalisation and the Way Forward: Decentralisation and Local Governance at the Centre of Ukraine’s Reconstruction, co-organised together with ALDA, the European Association for Local Democracy.

KEP Project for strengthening Ukraine’s local authorities on EU project management started

A new Know-how Exchange Programme (KEP) project financed by Italy through the CEI Fund at the EBRD and titled CEI for Ukraine’s Future. Empowering Ukrainian Municipalities through Polish Expertise in Fund Management and Project Practices for Pre-Accession Readiness of Ukraine has commenced in March this year.
