The Meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs held in Belgrade on 26 November 2025 - held back to back with the last Committee of National Coordinators Meeting for 2025 under the Serbian CEI Presidency - gathered ministers and representatives of the CEI Member States who expressed strong appreciation for the work carried out throughout 2025.

During his opening remarks at the last Committee of National Coordinators’ meeting (CNC) under the Serbian Presidency in Belgrade on 25 November 2025 – held on the eve of the CEI Ministerial Meeting scheduled for tomorrow – Secretary General Franco Dal Mas addressed the Russian aggression against Ukraine:

The second Regional Workshop on the UPSHIFT Programme, organised by the CEI in collaboration with UNICEF, took place on 21 November 2025.

The 19th South East Europe Media Forum (SEEMF) was held in Chișinău, Moldova on 17-18 November 2025, bringing together around 100 leading figures from the media landscape, including editors-in-chief, media owners, CEOs, journalists, media experts, diplomats, policymakers, and academics.

On 13 November 2025, Secretary General Franco Dal Mas paid an official visit to Warsaw, where he met with the Polish Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Henryka Mościcka-Dendys.

The project “Increasing Capacity of Research in Occupational and Environmental Health in the Republic of Moldova” has successfully concluded under the Know-How Exchange Programme (KEP), financed by Italy through the CEI Fund at the EBRD.

The Inter-Ministerial Conference on Labour Migration was held in Belgrade on 6 - 7, November 2025, under the Serbian CEI Presidency. The conference focused on "Regular Pathways and Sustainable Labour Markets," brought together ministers and experts to discuss international instruments, fair labour mobility, and the challenges of managing labour migration in Central and Eastern Europe.

Italy through the CEI Fund at the EBRD is supporting the Know-how Exchange Programme project “CEI Support to Technology Transfer for Hospitals in Albania and North Macedonia (ALBAU-TT-CRO)”.

The CEI took part in the 25th Anniversary of the Regional Anti-corruption Initiative (RAI), celebrated in Sarajevo on 6–7 November 2025.
