The project, financed by the CEI Fund at the EBRD contributed by Italy, is a capacity-building action primarily aimed at supporting the Albanian Energy Regulatory Authority in the creation of a well-functioning wholesale electricity market in the country including the entry into full operation of ALPEX (the Albanian Power Exchange).

The PROCAREFUL project  -  co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) under the Interreg Central Europe (CE) Programme -  formally started its activities in Treviso on 14-15 March.<

The meeting of the General Committee on Economic Affairs of the CEI Parliamentary Dimension will take place in Bucharest, at the Palace of Parliament.
