The 2024 Western Balkans Inter-country/area meeting aims to enhance regional collaboration on the comprehensive and integrated management of complex chronic conditions through a Primary Health Care (PHC) approach. This workshop will focus on addressing the high prevalence of noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) by presenting current trends, sharing regional experiences, and discussing service delivery challenges.
