Around 150 people from different countries had the chance to exchange ideas and suggest recommendations on the bioeconomy strategy as well as provide inputs on related action plans during the second of a series of four webinars on “Shaping Innovation Ecosystem for the Bioeconomy”.
The event co-organised by the BBI JU funded projects LIFT, UrBioFuture, CELEBIO, in collaboration with BIOVOICES, Biobridges and the European Bioeconomy Network on 3 April, focused in particular on three subtopics of ”Policy Framework” on bioeconomy:
- standarisation, labelling and regulatory hurdles;
- regional potential and bioeconomy strategies and action plans;
- stakeholder engagement and co-creation.
The next series of the 4-webinar event is taking place on Wednesday, 8 April under the title “From Research to Market”.
