On 6-7 February 2019, 3rd Steering Committee Meeting of the ADRIPASS project was held in Ploce (Croatia). The meeting was hosted by Port of Ploce Authority, project partner.
The representatives of the ADRIPASS partnership gathered to discuss the state-of-the-art of the project, as well as the upcoming activities. The CEI-ES, in its capacity of Lead Partner, opened the meeting presenting an overview of accomplished deliverables and further undertakings.

Furthermore, the Institute for Transport and Logistic Foundation highlighted the importance of the Transnational action plan for transport facilitation in the ADRION region that will be designed within this project.
Participants had the chance to discuss and present milestones for streamlining freight transport and improving multimodal transport in ADRION ports through the support of ICT tools. This will be addressed with 4 pilot actions. Moroever, 1 pre-investment study will be performed and finalised by July 2019 by the Port of Koper, the Port of Ploce, the Port of Bar, the Region of Epirus, and the Durres Port Authority respectively.
The importance of closely including associated partners and relevant transport stakeholders in the ADRION region and beyond was highlighted once again, especially considering their contribution and impact for the Transnational Strategy for the improvement of multimodal transport and accessibility in the ADRION region, envisioned as a final outcome of the project.
The next ADRIPASS SC meeting is planned to take place in Igoumenitsa (Greece) in July 2019.
