The CEI-supported international conference on Arbitration Legislation Reform to Enhancing Business Climate taking place on 28-29 March in Skopje (North Macedonia) is organised by the Economic Chamber of Macedonia. Topics of the event will be the issues of modernisation of the Macedonian arbitration legislation, trends in organising arbitration proceedings, arbitration as a more efficient mechanism for resolving construction disputes, but also investment arbitration.
