The Young Bled Strategic Forum returns with a five-day programme, under the theme "After the Rupture: Agency and Resilience in a Fragmented World." Around 45–50 emerging young leaders from CEI Member States and beyond will gather for a three-day, participant-driven conference, followed by two days of engagement at the main Bled Strategic Forum.
Young BSF 2026 will explore agency and resilience in a fragmented world shaped by the rupture of the international order. The gathering will examine how individuals, institutions, and societies interpret disruption, and how these interpretations influence their capacity to act. By reflecting on the lessons of history, the principles worth defending, and the conditions that enable meaningful agency, Young BSF 2026 seeks to understand where young leaders can make a meaningful difference.
