On 18 February 2026, the CEI – Executive Secretariat welcomed a group of Erasmus+ students currently completing their exchange programme at the University of Trieste.
The students were welcomed by CEI Youth Agenda Focal Point Slavena Radovanovic. They were introduced to the history of the CEI and its Executive Secretariat in Trieste - celebrating its 30th anniversary this year - its institutional role, and its main areas of activity.
The exchange provided a valuable platform to present the Organisation’s mission and strategic goals, grounded in regional cooperation as a driver of European integration and sustainable development.
By hosting academic visits, the CEI contributes to raising awareness among young people about regional cooperation frameworks, and the importance of dialogue and knowledge-sharing.
