CineLink Drama in 2019 will focus on the underdeveloped drama series market in the region of the common linguistic background – Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia. At the same time, it will seek projects in the broader region Albania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Malta, Moldavia, Romania and Turkey.
The workshop is designed for the development of projects through working groups and intensive individual work with tutors in order to encourage further production of relevant, high-quality drama content in the region. Apart from working on the scripts, the focus will be on other aspects of the projects – production, co-production strategies, financial plan, marketing and audience development strategies.
The workshop will feature 5-7 teams to be represented by a scriptwriter, director and producer and will be based on intense teamwork and masterclasses.
The CineLink Drama is an important part of the Sarajevo Film Festival industry programme, more specifically CineLink Industry Days.
