It is an investment in our continent's peace, stability, and security," said European Council President Antonio Costa at a press conference in Tirana with Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, ahead of the EU-Western Balkans summit on Friday in Tivat, Montenegro. "The summit will be a clear demonstration of our determination to continue cooperation and build on the momentum of enlargement," he said. (ANSA).
