American Ebola patient hospitalised at Berlin's Charité

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, MAY 20 - The American patient who tested positive for Ebola over the weekend in Congo, where he works, has been isolated at Charité University Hospital in Berlin, according to the German Ministry of Health. "We are not currently releasing information about the patient's health," the ministry stated. The man, who is being treated in Germany at the request of the United States, arrived at 3:00 a.m. in an ambulance accompanied by police officers. The isolation station is located on the Charité's Virchow Clinic campus. (ANSA).
