(ANSA) - BELGRADE, MAY 19 - Following its launch in Trieste and stops in Ljubljana, Belgrade, and Podgorica, the first series of Liberal Dialogues, organised by the Southeast Europe Observatory (SEE), concluded today in Tirana with a meeting on the theme "Liberalism, Education, and Entrepreneurship." Eva Ciuk, coordinator of the Southeast Europe Observatory's scientific committee, attended the event in the Albanian capital, as did Andrea Cangini, secretary general of the Einaudi Foundation and director of the Observatory, and Enkelejd Musabelliu, Deputy Minister of the Albanian Ministry of Economy and Innovation. Speakers included Alessandro Sterpa, professor of constitutional and public law at the University of Tuscia; Martina Dlabajová, entrepreneur, consultant, and philanthropist, former Member of the European Parliament (2014-2024) for the ALDE/Renew Europe group; and Gentian Elezi, professor of European Union Law and holder of the Jean Monnet Chair at the College of Europe in Tirana. The SEE Observatory was founded by the Luigi Einaudi Foundation in collaboration with the MIB Trieste School of Management, with support from the Open Society Foundations - Western Balkans and Generali. Its goals are to promote dialogue among regional countries, strengthen dialogue between civil society and the ruling classes, and contribute to the Western Balkans' European integration. Following the stop in Tirana, the journey will continue with a major international event, the SEE Observatory's Annual Forum, on September 15 in Trieste, featuring representatives from European and national institutions.
