Its goals are to promote dialogue among regional countries, strengthen dialogue between civil society and the ruling classes, and contribute to the Western Balkans' European integration. Following the stop in Tirana, the journey will continue with a major international event, the SEE Observatory's Annual Forum, on September 15 in Trieste, featuring representatives from European and national institutions.
