However, it is also multidirectional in nature and is based on the UN Charter. Serbia is always willing to provide excellent service and host any type of negotiations." Serbian Foreign Minister Marko Đurić suggested a dialogue between Russia and the EU to resolve the conflict in Ukraine. "We are unequivocally in favour of peace and an end to the ongoing bloodshed," Đurić said on the sidelines of the Foreign Affairs Council in Brussels, following a working breakfast with Western Balkan partners.
