According to Forschungsgruppe Wahlen, if federal elections were held next Sunday, the CDU/CSU would only receive 25% of the vote (a one-point decrease from the end of March). The AfD would remain at 26 percent. The SPD would only reach 12% (down one), marking an all-time low in this poll. As a result, the black-red coalition would lose its parliamentary majority. (ANSA).
