(ANSA) - BELGRADE, DEC 15 - Enel has acquired a portfolio of two onshore wind farms in Germany with a combined installed capacity of 51 MW. According to a press release, the transaction will add approximately €10 million in ordinary EBITDA to the group's profitability each year, thanks to a regulated feed-in premium tariff that ensures a minimum level of remuneration if market sales prices fall below the established threshold.
