(ANSA) - BELGRADE, DEC 12 - EssilorLuxottica has announced the acquisition of Signifeye, a leading Belgian ophthalmic platform that provides excellent care through 15 clinics and diagnostic centres in Flanders. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026. This comes after the recent acquisition of Optegra, a rapidly expanding and fully integrated European ophthalmic platform with over 70 clinics in the United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, and the Netherlands.
