Bulgarian government to resign after mass protests: PM

(ANSA-AFP) - SOFIA, DEC 11 - Bulgaria's prime minister announced Thursday that his government was resigning after less than a year in office following a series of anti-graft protests. "The government resigns today," Bulgarian Prime Minister Rossen Jeliazkov told reporters after a meeting of ruling parties' leaders. (ANSA-AFP).
