The Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Member States of the Central European Initiative (CEI) are gatheting in Belgrade for their annual meeting on 26 November 2025 under the theme “Empowering the CEI region through connectivity, innovation and integration”.

The workshop, co-organised by the CEI and the UNICEF Office of Innovation, will bring together officials from the Ministries of Education and Youth of CEI member states to explore ways of integrating the UPSHIFT methodology (an accelerated scheme that combines workshops, mentorship, and entrepreneurial challenges) into national education systems.
