Original Boost Bootcamp empowering women in CEI Region

The Original Boost Bootcamp, a remarkable initiative organised by the Novak Djokovic Foundation's Original Platform, brought together inspiring women from Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Hungary, Bulgaria, and North Macedonia, to champion and discuss female empowerment in diverse fields.

Held from 25 to 27 April, this event aimed to provide a platform for education, dialogue, collaboration, and the exchange of experiences and ideas. The conference focused on several key objectives: promoting gender equality and empowering women, raising awareness about the challenges women face across different spheres of life, fostering networking and collaboration among women from various backgrounds, motivating women to pursue their dreams and overcome obstacles, and identifying actionable strategies and initiatives to advance women's empowerment.

Throughout the duration of Original Boost, engaging workshops and skill-building sessions were offered to equip women with practical tools and knowledge. These interactive sessions covered topics such as negotiation skills, personal branding, self-confidence building, financial literacy, and leveraging technology for professional growth. Participants left with valuable takeaways that they could readily apply to both their personal and professional lives.

The conference culminated with a powerful call to action, urging all attendees to carry forward the momentum and actively contribute to women's empowerment in their respective communities and workplaces. Participants were encouraged to put the knowledge gained into practice, mentor others, and champion gender equality initiatives.

The bootcamp proved to be an enriching and empowering experience, fostering a stronger network of driven women dedicated to breaking barriers and making a positive impact in society.
