The Central European Initiative (CEI), in compliance with the “General Procurement Notice” of 31 July 2014 is drawing up a list of experts in order to meet the specific needs in the field of European affairs of availing itself with professional and technical knowledge in this sector. Through an internal regulation, the procedure for the creation of a single List of Experts has been adopted and launched. This will enable the selection of individuals with the necessary experience and high technical qualifications in the fields of:
1. Project management: optimisation, use and implementation of financial resources deriving from Structural Funds and other EU funding opportunities, in particular in CEI fields of intervention, as foreseen by the Plan of Action.
2. Financial management: efficient management of the projects’ budget;
3. Communication activities: information, publicity and communication on the use of the financial resources deriving from Structural Funds and the other EU funding opportunities
Application procedure:

Costituzione di una lista unica di esperti qualificati in materia europea e internazionale
L’Iniziativa Centro Europea, in conformità con il “General Procurement Notice” del 31 luglio 2014, istituisce una Lista Unica di Esperti al fine di soddisfare specifiche esigenze in materia europea per poter disporre anche di professionalità di alta specializzazione tecnica in tale settore. Con regolamento interno è stata avviata ed adottata la procedura per l’istituzione di una Lista Unica di Esperti che permette l'individuazione di professionalità dotate della necessaria esperienza con una qualificazione di alta specializzazione tecnica in materia di:
1. Project management: ottimizzazione, utilizzo ed implementazione delle risorse derivanti dai fondi strutturali e delle altre fonti di finanziamento europeo, in particolare nei settori di intervento InCE previsti nel Plan of Action.
2. Financial management: gestione efficace del budget del progetto;
3. Attività di comunicazione: informazione, pubblicità e comunicazione sull'utilizzo delle risorse derivanti dai fondi strutturali e delle altre fonti di finanziamento europeo.
