Deputy Secretary General, Zsuzsanna Kiraly welcomed participants highlighting the importance of the acceleration of the EU accession of the Western Balkans.

“We cannot have a strong and secure Europe with a gap in the middle of it. A stable Western Balkans is a vital part of our shared security”- she said.

Digitalising the Balkans, infrastructure connectivity and blue economy were the other topics of discussion of the event.
