The CEI supported event “The 42nd Session of the Assembly of Regional Rural Development Standing Working Group (SWG) in South-Eastern Europe” will take place on 12-13 September 2018 at the CEI Headquarters in Trieste (Italy).
The main aim of the session is to discuss the implemented activities in the period April 2018 – September 2018 and to examine the SWG major features, i.e. the Agricultural Policy Forum 2018 and the Annual Meeting of the Ministers from SEE 2018. Special attention will be given to the cooperation with other international organizations and institutions.
On the occasion of the meeting, the CEI and the SWG will sign a Memorandum of Understanding.
The SWG RRD is an intergovernmental organisation responsible for initiation and preparation of regional development projects in South East Europe and is made up of governmental institutions responsible for rural development. It also has observers from: Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Italy and Slovenia as well as Germany.
