Forum of the Central European Initiative (CEI): “The Local Dimension of CEI: Strengthening Platforms for Local and Regional Authorities of Europe”

The Forum, organised by the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities (SCTM) in cooperation with the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the Serbian CEI Presidency, brings together national associations of local and regional authorities from CEI Member States to discuss multilevel governance, decentralisation, and CEI instruments that support local cooperation. The programme includes an opening session and thematic panels featuring institutional stakeholders and practitioners.
