The project supported by the CEI Fund at the EBRD (solely financed by Italy) under the CEI Know-how Exchange Programme, aims at enhancing the impact of civil society in public decision making and reform processes in the Western Balkans through evidence-based advocacy, watchdog and policy monitoring, and dialogue with the Governments in the area of good governance and anti-corruption.

The activities will include capacity building in Sarajevo; thematic policy briefs; regional report on closing governance gaps; regional Anticorruption Report; outreach and impact at EU level; regional Policy Forum; project management, progress reports and final report.

The Know-how provider institution is the Center for Study Democracy from Bulgaria, while the Know-how recipient institutions are: the Albanian Center for Economic Research (ACER); Centers for Civic Initiatives (Bosnia and Herzegovina); Macedonian Center for International Cooperation (MCIO), North Macedonia; European Policy Center (Serbia); Center for Democratic Transition (CDT), Montenegro.
