Announcement for the drawing of a unique List of Experts in the field of communitarian and intarnational affairs The Secretariat for EU Projects of the CEI-ES in compliance with the General Procurement Notice published and entered into force on 31st July 2009, will draw a List of Experts in order to meet specific needs in the field of communitarian affairs to avail itself of professional and technical expertise. Through an internal regulation, the procedure for the creation of a unique List of Experts has been adopted and launched; this will allow the CEI-ES to select professionals with the necessary experience and technical qualifications in the field of:

  1. implementation of activities related to communitarian projects;
  2. information, publicity and communication;
  3. administrative matters, financial reporting for the expenses incurred under communitarian projects;
  4. public procurement;
  5. audit;
  6. data collection and analysis in the communitarian field.
Application Procedure Candidates with the requested requirements are invited to present their application according to the terms and modalities indicated in this announcement. The application must be presented within 60 days from the publication of this announcement (deadline 30th September 2009) by filling in the following annexes and providing the required documentation: Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the exclusion from the List. Avviso per la costituzione di una lista unica di esperti qualificati in materia comunitaria e internazionale Il Segretariato Progetti Europei del Segretariato Esecutivo In.C.E., in conformita' con il General Procurement Notice pubblicato e in vigore dal 31 luglio 2009, istituisce una lista di esperti al fine di soddisfare specifiche esigenze in materia comunitaria e poter disporre di specialisti in tale settore. 
La creazione di tale lista permette di individuare esperti in materia di:
  1. Implementazione delle attivita' di progetto;
  2. informazione, pubblicita' e comunicazione;
  3. amministrazione e rendicontazione delle spese;
  4. appalti pubblici;
  5. audit;
  6. raccolta e analisi dati in ambito comunitario.
Modalita' di presentazione delle candidature Gli interessati in possesso dei requisiti sono invitati a inviare la propria candidatura nei modi e termini indicati dall'avviso stesso.
