(ANSA) - BELGRADE, JUN 18 - The political crisis in Romania, which began on 23 April with the fall of Ilie Bolojan's government, is still ongoing and remains unresolved for the time being. The centre-left Social Democratic Party (PSD), the country's main parliamentary force and the source of the crisis when it abandoned the majority with the conservative parties, will decide on Sunday whether to support the new government proposed by Prime Minister-designate Adrian Veștea, secretary of the conservative National Liberal Party (PNL). PSD leader Sorin Grindeanu stated that the party will analyse the government programme in the coming days before convening the National Political Council, which will decide whether to participate in or provide external support for the future government.
