(ANSA) - BELGRADE, JUN 16 - The German federal government has rejected UniCredit's bid for Commerzbank. This was announced in a statement by the German Finance Agency, which oversees the state's stake in Commerzbank. Accepting the offer was already "economically out of the question, because the offer does not provide an appropriate premium compared to the current Commerzbank share price." (ANSA).
