Germany to extend border controls for another 6 months: media

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, FEB 16 - According to Bild, Germany will extend border controls, which were set to expire on March 15, for another six months. According to Bild, a document is already prepared to be sent to European authorities, which is a required step for this type of measure. German Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt told Bild that "we intend to extend border controls with neighbouring countries." These controls are part of our reorganisation of migration policy in Germany." (ANSA).
