Serbian candidates disqualified from Kosovo vote

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, FEB 2 - Serbia and Kosovo are at odds again: the final results of Kosovo's December 28 general election have been certified, following a recount ordered due to electoral fraud. As in the past, Kosovo's Central Electoral Commission (CEC) disqualified the nine Serb minority candidates who supported the Srpska Lista party, infuriating Belgrade. The deadline for disqualified candidates to file appeals expired at 11:00 a.m. today, before the results are certified. If they are disqualified again, they can still file an appeal with the Supreme Court. (ANSA).
