Fvg-Carinthia: towards agreement for cultural events

(ANSA) - TRIESTE, APR 11 - Region Friuli Venezia Giulia and Land Carinthia are working on a technical agreement, with the aim of extending it to Styria and Slovenia as well, to promote joint initiatives to enhance culture and structurepartnership between the respective theaters, starting with Klagenfurt and Trieste's Rossetti and Verdi Theaters. This was confirmed by Friuli Venezia Giulia Governor Massimiliano Fedriga at the end of a meeting with the Austrian delegation led by Carinthia Land President Peter Kaiser. During the meeting, among others, the issue of the intervention carried out on the road leading to the Monte Croce Pass was also addressed. In this regard, Fedriga stressed the "fruitful collaboration established with theCarinthia" and remarked that "the road repair work has been completed and the road will be fully restored next week." The two governors then agreed "on the importance of thedevelopment for both territories of the Port of Trieste, since the latter is a key hub for logistical connections in the entire Central European area."
