The 3rd LAB for European Project Making cycle took place in Rijeka, Croatia on 30 June - 8 July. It represented an educational cycle for cultural workers, especially cultural managers and producers, wishing to strengthen their managerial skills in implementing large-scale international projects.
The event tackled topics regarding programmes and cultural policies with a special focus on programme development, EU dimension, cooperation establishment, budgeting and fundraising.
The purpose of this event was to strengthen the human potential and the ability to establish international cooperation of the three future European Capital Cities of Culture (Rijeka 2020, Novi Sad 2021 and Timisoara 2021).
