The KineDok conference on Alternative Distribution presented new trends in the field of alternative distribution and gave participants the chance to meet the representatives of European distribution platforms to discuss innovative ways of bringing documentary films closer to the audience.
In addition to a panel on alternative distribution, the progamme consisted of social media marketing campaign presentation and a lecture on new digital distribution possibilities. The conference also offered an brainstorming opportunity on the problematics of VOD aggregators and crowdfunding as well as on national distribution environments and international cooperation strategy for a continuous sharing of knowledge in the field of distribution.
