The PROCAREFUL Final Conference will take place in Treviso on 13 February 2026 to present the work carried out over the last three years to improve the quality of life of older adults in several cities of Central Europe.
Besides our project partners, several experts from Central Europe will discuss on possible solutions to support healthy and active ageing at home. The focus will therefore be placed on prevention, innovation, and care, and explore practical solutions and future strategies for improving the quality of life for older adult.
One of these solutions is also the PROCAREFUL hybrid model that bridges the gap between traditional care practices and modern technology, enabling proactive care focused on preventing decline while empowering seniors. The model was tested in five home care services located in Silea (IT), Baden Wurtternberg (DE), Lublin (PL), Split (HR) and Log Dragomer (Slovenia).
Participants will have a chance to discuss about the model outcomes, its use beyond the project and possibility to integrate similar tools to support older adults in maintaining their cognitive and physical level of wellness and autonomy.
The CEI- ES performed the qualitative impact assessment of the PROCAREFUL model and delivered policy guidelines and scaling up strategies for model wider use. The PRODCAREFUL strategy and action plan will be illustrated by the CEI in a dedicated conference session. Join us!!!
