(ANSA) - BELGRADE, JUL 13 - The Tisza party's two-thirds majority in the Hungarian Parliament approved the government's proposed constitutional amendment, which would end the term of current President Tamas Sulyok. Members of Parliament from Orban's Fidesz opposition walked out of the chamber to protest the "arbitrary" ruling and did not vote. (ANSA).
