That is why, today, we propose the 21st package," said European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, introducing the 21st sanctions package against Russia. The sanctions target energy, finance, and the entry ban for Russian war veterans from Ukraine. Measures targeting the fishing industry are also proposed. (ANSA).
