Meloni receives Hungarian Prime Minister-elect Magyar

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, MAY 7 - The meeting between Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and Hungary's Prime Minister-elect, Peter Magyar, lasted around forty minutes. The Magyar leader left Palazzo Chigi. Because he is not yet in office, the new Hungarian prime minister (who will succeed Viktor Orban on Saturday) was greeted in the courtyard of Palazzo Chigi by Fabrizio Saggio, Meloni's diplomatic advisor, who accompanied him to the prime minister's office. The Hungarian delegation also includes Anita Orban, the future Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, and Magyar brought one of his sons. (ANSA).
