(ANSA) - BELGRADE, OCT 20 - "The Commission has completed its examination of all legislation" from Ukraine and Moldova, European Enlargement Commissioner Marta Kos stated upon arriving at the European Foreign Ministers' meeting in Luxembourg. "By November, the Council will have the opportunity to launch all six negotiating clusters, and everything will be ready once the process to accelerate reforms is completed," she said. (ANSA).
