(ANSA) - BELGRADE, JUL 21 - The Taliban will send two envoys to Germany to help with the deportation of Afghan criminals, government's spokesperson Stefan Kornelius announced today at a German government press conference. Germany continues to refuse to recognise Taliban authorities in Afghanistan, but has "technical contacts" about the deportations, which were facilitated by Qatar. Kornelius clarified that the two representatives will be assigned to the administrative staff of the Afghan consulate in Germany "to assist in the procedures for new repatriations that are already scheduled."
