Eni enters Greek photovoltaic market

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, JAN 13 - Eni, through Eni gas e luce, has acquired the Greek company Solar Konzept Greece from Solar Konzept International, majority owned by Aquila Capital, a sustainable investment and asset development company, ENI said in a statement today. SKGR owns a photovoltaic plants' development platform in Greece and it has a portfolio that includes a pipeline of projects at various stages of development, totalling around 800 MW, ENI informed. "The deal marks Eni's entry into the Greek renewable electricity generation market," the company underlined. (ANSA).
