The International Master's in Public Procurement Management (PPM) is a full-time advanced postgraduate Master's providing specific training both to public officials already working in procurement as well as to young students wishing to pursue a career in this field.
The programme consists of classroom lectures, held this year from March to mid-July in Rome, followed by distance-learning and a mandatory professional internship in a firm or institution.
The closing ceremony of the 2nd edition of the Master's was held on 22 July 2014 at the University of Tor Vergata in Rome.
The CEI Fund at the EBRD - entirely supported by Italy - contributes with 40.000 EUR to enable the attendance of selected senior public procurement managers and officials from non-EU CEI member countries. This confirms the special attention the CEI Fund at the EBRD pays to public procurement subjects in order to boost the capacity building in the CEI region in this field.
