The training is led by CREA (Italian Council for Agricultural Research and Economics) together with the Centre of Research Excellence in Nutrition and Metabolism at the University of Belgrade and CAPNUTRA (Capacity Development in Nutrition) a non-profit association actively involved in capacity development in food & nutrition.
It aims at sharing knowledge in performing nationwide dietary surveys according to the EFSA’s EU-MENU methodology, with the ultimate goal to connect platforms to manage dietary assessment tools. This in turn will ease the monitoring of populations' food consumption habits in a long-term perspective.
