The CEI Venice Forum for Contemporary Art Curators is a biennial event dealing with contemporary art promotion and the exchange of curatorial practices coinciding with the opening of the Biennale Arte. The CEI has been supporting the Forum since its first edition and, over the years, it has become a major CEI flagship activity in the field of culture, co-financed by the CEI Cooperation Fund.

On 9 May, experts and curators from Central and Eastern Europe will gather in Venice, at the Academy of Fine Arts, to debate the major trends of today's contemporary art under the topic “EFFERVESCIBLE. SEEKING ONGOING RELEVANCY”. Commissioners/Curators of the Biennale will also attend the Forum to present their choices for the 2019 Pavilions.

There is no participation fee, but the online registration is required.
