Summary Description: The main purpose of this TC was twofold. It sought to develop and implement the Board on Line Document system on the one hand. On the other hand, it aimed to support the work of the CEI liaison office at EBRD. More specifically, the tasks of this project included activities that would:
- continue to provide application and technical support for the general functioning of BOLDnet – a secure system and database (primarily of official EBRD documents) for communication with the Bank’s shareholders, and
- provide liaison and organisational support for the CEI office within the EBRD with a special emphasis on assistance in the organisation of major CEI meetings and summits.
The project was very effective in achieving its goals and fulfilled a key role. Its implementation was successful, as shown by considerable uptake of established usage of BOLDnet.
