(ANSA) - PORDENONE, JUL 7 - Finest Spa, the financial company that supports the internationalization of businesses in the Triveneto region, has signed, in Tirana (Albania), two Memoranda of Understanding with Aida (Albanian Investment Development Agency) and Adb (Albanian Development Bank), aimed at increasing investment opportunities for Italian companies and facilitating and supporting investments by companies from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Veneto, and Trentino-Alto Adige in Albania. The first MoU was signed with the Albanian Investment Development Agency (AIDA) by Finest President, Luca Di Benedetto, and Aida's executive director, Laura Plaku Saro. It provides for the exchange of economic and commercial information, the promotion of business opportunities, and the strengthening of ties between the Albanian business communities and the Triveneto regions. Thanks to this agreement, companies will be able to benefit from targeted support facilitated by Finest to access the assistance services offered by Aida, including information on strategic sectors, identification of local partners, special economic zones, and incentives for foreign investors. The second MoU was signed at Confindustria Albania with the Albanian Development Bank Sh.a. (ADB), a new Albanian public financial institution that promotes sustainable economic, social, and environmental development in the country. It was signed by Di Benedetto himself and ADB's CEO, Silvio Pedrazzi. In this case as well, the agreement provides for collaboration between Finest and ADB to facilitate investments by companies from the Triveneto region in Albania, including through the design and structuring of complex financial transactions to support Italian investments in the country.
