The old world order will not return: von der Leyen

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, MAR 9 - "Europe can no longer be the guardian of the old world order, a world that has vanished and will never return. We will always defend and support the rules-based system we helped build with our allies, but we can no longer rely on it as the sole means of defending our interests," said EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen at the Conference of EU Ambassadors. Von der Leyen identified three priorities: the new European Security Strategy, trade relations with third countries, and results-oriented diplomacy for European citizens. (ANSA).
